Due to the nature of our mobile services and the immediate delivery of labor and parts, LockTheSmith Dallas does not offer refunds on any of the following:
Locksmith service calls
Labor charges
Lock installations or repairs
Key cutting, duplication, programming, or replacement
Any other service or product rendered on-site
Once service is completed and payment is processed, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
While we do not offer refunds, we proudly back the quality of our parts with a limited lifetime warranty, valid under the following conditions:
Manufacturer defects in parts supplied and installed by LockTheSmith Dallas
Functional failure of the part under normal use
Issues caused by our installation process
Intentional damage or misuse
Water damage (moisture intrusion, submersion, etc.)
Tampering or modification by the customer or third party
Damage due to accidents, weather, or forced entry
Warranty is valid only for the original customer and the customer must drive to us
Labor fees may apply for diagnosing issues unrelated to the warranty-covered part
Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of original service (receipt or invoice)
